Promoting Positive Mental and Physical Health at Work in a Changing Environment: A Multi-level Approach

Research group / Service:

Description:

The selected person will join the Mental health research group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Tasks will include coordinating the launch, implementation, recruitment and monitoring of participation in an international intervention aimed at improving mental and musculoskeletal health in small and medium-sized businesses, in a randomized controlled trial. Secondly, you will participate in writing scientific reports and articles related to the project.

Formation:

Psychology degree. Training in Mental Health Research, General Health Psychology, PIR, MIR and/or master’s/doctorate in a related field is valued.

Experience:

Previous experience in European projects or funded projects - Experience in mental health projects and randomized controlled trials - Experience in the field of mental health research - Experience in leading publications and presenting data at conferences

Knowledge:

Spanish, Catalan and English - Interpersonal skills - Project coordination - Good communication skills
