Health virtual twins for the personalised management of stroke related to atrial fibrillation (101136244)

Description:

The selected person will join the Neurovascular research (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Molecular biology techniques (GWAS, EWAS, CNV analysis, sequencing and microRNAs) and the analysis of the data obtained for genetic research in cerebral vascular pathology.

Formation:

PhD in biomedical science or engineering or mathematics.

Experience:

Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence will be an asset. Knowledge of database exploitation and management. Programming languages: R, Python. Knowledge of biostatistics.

Knowledge:

Previous theoretical knowledge in neurovascular pathology or other neurological diseases. Analysis of GWAS, EWAS or microRNAs. Analysis of neuroimaging SQL knowledge.
