Description:

The selected person will join the Human Resources (Management program).

Task:

The selected person will join the Health and Safety Service to provide support in the review and analysis of existing institutional documentation (records of the prevention management system, basic instructions, circuits, templates, institutional protocols.. etc.), in order to update it and introduce computer improvements, in coordination with the IT Resources Service, and thus digitalize the processes of registration, follow-up and data exploitation for the implementation of a better document management system in the Service.

Formation:

Middle or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in the area of Administration/Management or similar.

Knowledge:

Computer skills at user level. It will be positively valued to have knowledge in occupational risk prevention and to have knowledge in English.
