Description:

The selected person will join the Social determinants and health education research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

- Data dump - Writing data analysis reports - Making proposals for improvement the process of satisfaction quizzes - Managing the customer support by telephone - Email and face to face. - Managing institutional shared folders - Participate in meetings with a multidisciplinary team - Report writing

Formation:

Higher Degree Training Cycle in Healthcare Documentation and Administration or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum experience: 1 year in healthcare area. Work experience at university and/or research field will be positively assessed

Knowledge:

- Microsoft Tools - Teamwork - English B2

Additional information:

Required skills: solving problems, adaptability, effective interpersonal communication, user-centered care, proactivity, initiative and autonomy, teamwork and cooperation. Time table: Monday to Thursday: from 8 am to 4 pm. Fridays from 11:15 am to 16:30 pm.

Contract:
