The selected person will join the Neurogenomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Bioinformatics analysis in a psychiatric genomics project in the context of the AEI-2019 project "Taxonomy of transcription factor binding in the complete primate genome for the study of human brain specializations in health and disease".

Formation:

Degree in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in the creation, differentiation and characterization of iPSC and in molecular techniques related to the creation of omic libraries.

Additional information:

The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency.

Eventual 12p.
