The Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (HMRIB) is a benchmark for controlled clinical trials as well as observational and procedural clinical studies.
All projects requiring volunteer participation have been approved by the Hospital de Mar Ethics Committee for Research with Medicines (CEIM-Hospital de Mar). The volunteer is guaranteed maximum discretion and confidentiality. In some studies, participants may receive financial compensation to offset any inconveniences they may experience due to their participation.
