General Services of the Hospital del Mar Research Institute

The General Services department is responsible, among others, for:

• Facilitate adequate workspaces
• Ensure the maintenance of the infrastructure
• Manage inventory and corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Supervise the installation of new equipment
• Prepare technical documents, supporting documents, and reports for the acquisition of new equipment and works
• Manage hazardous waste
• Sustainability
• Cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of laboratory equipment
• Telephone service and center reception
