Description:

The selected person will join the Talent and Training (Management program).

Task:

The selected candidate will join Talent and Training Area to support this area in the digitalisation of the training and talent management unit. In coordination with the IT Resources Service, the candidate will participate in the development of a training management application to digitalise the process of detecting training needs, the registration and dissemination of training actions, the management of courses and their attendees during the whole process of execution and ending. Regarding talent and staff development policies, it will provide support in the identification of IT solutions to digitise the processes of registration, evaluation, monitoring and data export for the implementation of institutional policies related to the talent attraction or scientific careers, among others.

Formation:

Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in IT and communications area or similar.

Knowledge:

Catalan and Spanish.
