Description:

The selected person will join the Institution Management (Management program).

Task:

To provide support in the digitalisation of the document management system. Digitise the records of the quality management system. Review and analyse existing institutional documentation. Organise institutional templates and protocols.

Formation:

Baccalaureate, Intermediate or Higher professional degree (assessable in health sciences or administration).

Experience:

Experience in document management systems, certifications or regulations (ISO9001) and work with ERP software will be valued.

Knowledge:

In document organization and computer skills (excel and word)
