Project title:

Antibody-mediated rejection and graft-loss: improved characterization of risk before and after kidney transplantation.

Research group / Service:

Kidney disease research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Kidney disease research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

Preparing basic buffers in the laboratory. He/she will learn to perform a Western Blot, DNA extraction and PCR. In a later phase the person will manage the laboratory supplies and organize purchasing. Furthermore, protein extraction, RNA extraction and enzymatic activities from mouse renal tissue will be learnt.

Formation:

Lab technician (CFGS) or equivalent. It will be valued to have a degree in microbiology

Experience:

It will assess previous experience in similar tasks.

Knowledge:

Professional level of knowledge of MS Office package and the MS Windows operating system. High level of English will be required.
