ENDED study

CANreduce: Do you want to cut down your cannabis use?

What does the study involve?

This is a study led by a multidisciplinary team made up of health professionals from the fields of psychiatry, psychology, nursing and social work.

CANreduce is based on cognitive behavioural therapy approaches and includes, among other things, a user diary and 8 specific training modules.

This tool can be used free of charge and anonymously. All the information is strictly confidential. In addition, for each follow-up you will receive compensation in the form of an Amazon gift voucher.

Cannabis can cause problems in various areas of life. Many regular users want to reduce their use or quit completely. But this is not always easy.

The first version of CANreduce, which has already proven its effectiveness, was recently optimised, so now the efficiency of the new version must be scientifically evaluated. For this reason, we are looking for users who want to reduce their cannabis use and who are willing to participate in this validation study.

After a short registration process, the self-help tool can be used for 6 weeks. All you have to do is fill in a few additional questionnaires online to check whether CANreduce is as effective as expected.
